01Introduction
Welcome to Marga Evolearn ("Marga", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, and your enrolment in our courses, workshops and programmes.
By accessing this website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.
02Eligibility
- Our programmes are designed for adult learners — students, graduates and working professionals.
- Applicants under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to complete enrolment and provide consent.
- By enrolling you confirm that the information you have given us is accurate and complete.
- There is no entrance exam. There is a short fit assessment appropriate to your chosen track, used to place you correctly rather than to filter you out.
03Services offered
Marga Evolearn provides practitioner-led training across eight tracks in IT and emerging technology, delivered as classroom, hybrid or fully self-paced online programmes, together with mentor access, portfolio review and placement support as described on the relevant programme page.
We may modify, update or discontinue any programme, module or delivery format. Where a change materially affects a programme you are already enrolled in, the options will be discuss with impacted students and managed on mutual terms.
04Enrolment
- Enrolment is confirmed only after a counselling call, successful payment, and seat availability in your chosen batch and format.
- Batch allocation depends on availability and scheduling.
- Admission and financial standing are evaluated separately. Acceptance into a programme is not contingent on paying full fees upfront.
- We may decline or cancel an enrolment where information given to us is incorrect, or where these Terms are not complied with.
05Fees and payments
Exact fees depend on the track and the delivery format you choose, and are confirmed on your counselling call before you commit to anything. Fees are payable in advance unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed with us.
Need-based financial assistance is available and is evaluated case by case for verified candidates. Applying for assistance does not affect your admission decision.
06Refunds and cancellation
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
07Attendance and rescheduling
- Classroom and hybrid sessions run to a published schedule. Missed sessions are not automatically repeated one to one.
- Where a session is missed for a genuine reason, we will make reasonable effort to place you in an equivalent session in a later batch, subject to availability.
- Batch transfers are handled case by case and depend on seat availability in the batch you are moving to.
- Self-paced learners retain access for the period stated at enrolment.
08Code of conduct
We expect every learner to treat mentors, staff and other learners with respect. Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, sharing of course material outside the cohort, or disruption of sessions may result in removal from a programme without refund.
Work you submit for review must be your own. Using assistance of any kind is fine; passing off someone else's work as yours is not, because the artefact you leave with is meant to be defensible in an interview.
09Placement support — what we promise and what we do not
This section states our single most important commitment, and its limits, in plain terms.
We guarantee three interview opportunities for every learner who successfully completes their course, together with portfolio and resume review, and at least one round of mock interviews with real feedback.
We do not guarantee a job. We do not control who a company hires. We do not guarantee a particular salary, employer, role or city. We also do not guarantee that enrolment alone produces a strong portfolio — that depends on how seriously you engage with the programme.
"Successful completion" means meeting the attendance, submission and review requirements set out for your track at enrolment.
10Intellectual property
Curriculum, teaching material, assessments and brand assets remain the property of Marga Evolearn and may not be copied, resold, recorded or redistributed without written permission.
Your work stays yours. You retain full ownership of the projects and artefacts you build during a programme, and you are free to publish them, put them in a portfolio, and show them to any employer.
11Media and consent
We occasionally photograph or record sessions for teaching and marketing purposes. If you would prefer not to appear, tell us in writing at any point and we will exclude you — no explanation needed, and it will not affect your programme in any way.
12Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13Website usage
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site, its systems or its data.
- Do not submit false information through our enquiry forms, or use them to send unsolicited or automated traffic.
- Do not scrape, mirror or republish site content without permission.
14Third-party tools
This site uses a small number of third-party services — including Cloudflare Turnstile to keep our forms free of automated abuse, and an email delivery provider to send you acknowledgements and notifications. Their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
15Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Marga Evolearn is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or participation in a programme, including loss of employment, earnings or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
16Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes affecting learners currently enrolled will be communicated directly.
17Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
