Privacy Policy

01Introduction

This policy explains how Marga Evolearn ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information collected through this website and in the course of running our programmes.

We collect the minimum we need to answer your enquiry and run your programme. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

02Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry or application form, we collect only what that form asks for:

• Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Your city, and optionally your current background and the track or delivery format you are interested in.
• Anything you choose to write in the message field.
• Whether you would like to be contacted about financial assistance.

We also record a reference number, a timestamp, and the page the enquiry came from, so we can find your enquiry again when you call us about it.

Once enrolled, we additionally hold records related to your programme — attendance, submissions and review notes.

03How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a counselling call.
• To administer your enrolment, batch allocation and programme delivery.
• To provide placement support, including sharing your portfolio with hiring partners where you have asked us to.
• To send you the acknowledgement email containing your reference number.
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We do not run a marketing drip sequence. If you submit an enquiry, a counsellor calls you back — that is the whole of it.

04Communication, including WhatsApp

Enquiry forms include an explicit consent checkbox for contact by phone, email or WhatsApp. If you clear that box we will still respond to the enquiry itself, but we will not add you to any other contact.

WhatsApp messages are delivered through WhatsApp's own infrastructure and are subject to their terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, by any channel, and we will act on it.

05Applicants under 18

Our programmes are built for adult learners. Where an applicant is under 18, enrolment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, and we will correspond with that guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

06Media consent

We occasionally photograph or record sessions. You may opt out at any time in writing, and we will exclude you from any material produced after that point. Opting out has no effect on your programme.

07Data sharing

We share personal data only where it is necessary:

• Hiring partners — your profile and portfolio, and only for the placement process you have asked to take part in.
• Our email delivery provider — the name, email address and enquiry details needed to deliver acknowledgements and internal notifications.
• Cloudflare — Turnstile runs on our forms to block automated abuse. It receives technical signals about the browser session, not the contents of your enquiry.
• Where required by law — in response to a valid legal obligation.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

08Storage and security

Enquiry records are stored in a database that is not reachable from the public web. Transport to and from this site is encrypted with HTTPS, and outbound calls to our email provider are made over verified TLS.

Administrative access is password protected and limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not collect data we do not need, which is the most reliable protection available.

09Your rights

You may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate.
• Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it.
• Stop contacting you, or withdraw a consent you previously gave.

Email us with your request and your reference number if you have one. We will respond within 30 days.

10Data retention

Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Learner records are kept for as long as needed to support alumni and placement services, and to meet accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

11Cookies and analytics

This site sets one essential cookie to hold your session, which is what makes form security and spam protection work. It is not used for tracking or advertising, and there is no third-party advertising or profiling on this site.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of the page changes when we do. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled learners directly.
